Where does Dial-a-beryani deliver?

We deliver islandwide in Singapore. Special areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc. will incur added charges or may require collection from the mainland due to unforeseen circumstances at times.

When should I place my order?

We highly recommend you to place regular orders 1day prior and order of big quantity($200 and above), to be placed 2days prior. As for same-day delivery, kindly make lunch orders by 10.30am and dinner orders by 4 pm.

How to choose the date, time, and address to deliver?

Please be as specific as you can when mentioning the delivery address. As for the preferred date and time, you may mention it in our comment box. Please also provide us with your mobile, so as to reach you quicker.

What will happen if inaccurate details are given?

Your delivery will be delayed.

What payment options are there?

For same-day orders, it will be cash upon delivery(COD) in most cases. As for pre-orders, you may choose to COD or bank transfer to our UOB account. If it’s big pre-orders, we will need a deposit of 50% to confirm the order. For other options, kindly contact us at 62961161.

If I need change for $100 or $50 bills?

Please mention to us in the comments area.

What happens if the delivery doesn’t show up despite waiting for 15min and more?

We seek your sincere apologies if this situation were to occur. We also seek your understanding that there may unforeseen situations on the roads. We on our end will encourage the delivery personnel to contact the customer to inform if any such situation.
